Hey ya’ll! As you are aware we are pretty new at this. We are a small team making sure that we give you the best experience possible but we definitely aren’t experts yet. If you have any questions that aren’t answered with the below information please don’t hesitate to reach out!

It is also possible that we are able to ship to your country and haven’t had the opportunity yet so please make sure to check with us before losing hope, cool?

Shipments go out within one to two business days. We ship Monday through Friday until 2:00pm EST. All orders placed after 2:00pm will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holiday’s.

Parcels will be sent via UPS to both domestic and international destinations. Here are your options:

Returns

Oh no! We are so sorry that things didn’t work out with your recent purchase. We truly want you to be over the moon about everything you received.

So, we offer a 30 day return window on all items that have not been worn, washed, used, or damaged in any way. We encourage you to return items that do not meet your expectations, do not fit right, or are the wrong size. The 30 day return window begins when the order has left our facility and is on it’s way to you. This date can be found on your tracking slip.

Please follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Fill out the form below so we may provide you with a return label for your package. This label will be emailed to you via the email you reached out on.
  2. Prepare your returned item(s) to be sent back.
  3. Fill out and print return form. Please add this form to your return package! Your feedback is super important to us!
  4. Drop package at your nearest USPS!

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size we highly recommend that you order that as soon as possible so that inventory does not sell out. As soon as we receive your returned parcel we will begin the process of refunding your method of payment or adding the return credit to your Waddytoots account.
